from many other law firms, because I'll personally handle and review your file from the time the contract is signed through
the actual closing and keep you apprised of all matters on your deal every step of the way. My services include, but are not limited to; contract review and negotiation, inspection negotiation, preparing and
reviewing all title, survey, zoning, water, and transfer tax matters, as well as all document preparation and review associated
with the closing. My fee structure is simple.
I charge a flat fee, which is payable at the time of closing, and can be as low as $200 for a Sale. If you don't close,
I don't charge, and I don't bill by the hour.
